West Philly-based Brittany Rodriguez breaks all the fashion rules with the eccentric creations she makes under the moniker Gaudmother. She puts out crocheted hood masks and printed Fruit of the Loom briefs, but it’s the oversize jackets — this one made from hair extensions — that are real head-turners.
