Food trucks are so 2012. Abby Kessler and Katie Lubieski, owners of the unapologetically girly Old City boutique Smak Parlour, now also own a sister store in the form of an 18-foot-long 2006 GMC box truck, which theyve retrofitted (dressing rooms and all!) and packed with Smaks frilly-punk clothes and accessories.
