Get ready to get really busy, people: This month is filled with awesome fitness and foodie events, from a giant outdoor yoga session — with 2,000 yogis! — at Citizens Bank Park to an intimate yoga-and-dinner session with the Yogi’s Table to an International Beer Run, and more. See? We told you you were about to get busy.

And before you scream at us for leaving the Broad Street Run off this list, know: The Broad Street Run is always at the top of our list for May, but we feel like we’ve talked about it enough for one year. Now go ahead and read up, then mark your calendars.

1. 5forCHOP Run
When: Saturday, May 21st at 8:30 a.m.
Where: Venice Island Performing Arts Center, 7 Lock Street, Manayunk.

This new five-miler takes runners on an out-and-back course along the Manayunk Canal and the Schuylkill River Trail to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Applied Genomics and clinical research on Evans Syndrome. And along with helping out a good cause, registration gets you a free beer at Manayunk Brewing Company after the race. Score.

2. Phillies Yoga Day
When: Saturday, May 21st at 9 a.m.
Where: Citizens Bank Park, 1 Citizens Bank Way, South Philly.

Calling all Phillies-loving yogis! One Saturday this month, your dreams will come true: You’ll get to get your downward on in the outfield at Citizens Bank Park with 2,000 other yogis. Maha Yoga will be leading an hourlong class in the morning, and registration gets you a Phillies-branded yoga mat, free parking and a ticket to the game going down that afternoon. Awesome, right?

3. The Yogi’s Table
When: Thursday, May 12th at 6:30 p.m.
Where: North 15th Street, between Fairmount Avenue and Spring Garden Street (You’ll get the exact address when you get your ticket).

Soooo, this will probably be the best night of your month: At this small event with enough space for eight lucky people, you’ll start the evening with an hourlong yoga class led by Stacia Nero of Amrita Yoga and Wellness, then follow that by refreshing with fresh-pressed juice green juice and a cooking demonstration. Lastly, you’ll hunker down for a four-course healthy meal filled with spring produce. Yes, please!

4. Byko’s Safe Bike Ride
When: Saturday, May 7th at 11 a.m.
Where: Meet at Dilworth Park, 1 South 15th Street, Center City.

The time has come for Byko’s — yes, as in Stu Bykofsky, the Philadelphia Daily News columnist known for hating bikers — Safe Bike Ride. The 11-mile ride, a collaboration between Bykofsky and Alexandria Schneider of the PopeRide, is a follow-the-rules ride, meaning everyone will follow the rules of the road. That means obeying stop signs, red lights, speed limits, and so on. The ride will end at McGillin’s Olde Ale House for brews — just not too many, as biking home with beer goggles on is so not following the rules.

5. Kula United Yoga and Arts Festival
When: Sunday, May 1st, starting at 12 p.m.
Where: 3100 Powelton Avenue, University City.

This impressive outdoor yoga and arts festival, being put on — wait for it — by a Drexel student for her senior project (!!), is a full afternoon of yoga, workshops by folks like On the Goga and Herban Quality Eats, live music, art vendors and more. And get this: It’s all free. Note: The festival is on rain or shine; yogis will be getting their downward dog on under a tent.

6. International Beer Run
When: Thursday, May 5th at 7 p.m.
Where: Multiple starting locations; see list here.

This one is for everyone who appreciates a good run followed by a good beer: The Fishtown Beer Runners are teaming up with Toronto’s RunTOBeer, Copenhagen’s Mikkelller Running Club and Ontario’s Sawdust City Brewery for a four-ish-mile run — a beer run, naturally — to Kensington’s Philadelphia Brewing Company. This is going down the week of the Craft Brewer’s Conference, so you can expect to meet many a fellow — and foreign — beer runner.

7. Reach & Raise
When: Sunday, May 15th at 9:30 a.m.
Where: The Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Yoga on the Steps has a new name, but you can expect the same bendy good time, with a 75-minute all-levels yoga class — that’s where the “reach” comes in — taught at the Art Museum steps, followed by a healthy-living expo. The “raise” is in reference to the funds registration raises for Living Beyond Breast Cancer.

8. You Matter
When: Sunday, May 22nd at 9 a.m.
Where: Washington Lake Park, 626 Hurfville Cross Keys Road, Sewell.

This event, in its second year, is a family affair with a little something for everyone: There’s a free 100-meter dash, a 5K run and a 3K walk. The shindig, held during National Mental Health Awareness Month, benefits suicide prevention efforts, hence the name.

9. The Feast: A Plant Food Spring Picnic
When: Friday, May 13th at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Animo, 1701 Arch Street, Center City.

This healthy BYOB feast is taking over Animo for a plant-based, oh-so-springy BYOB dinner that is completely gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free — and still totally delicious. The menu includes goodies like watercress and avocado salad with shaved apple dressing (YUM), Thai coconut soup, and more. The dinner is held at a long community table, so be prepared to make some friends over kombucha cocktails — because we can only imagine someone is going to be bringing some kombucha cocktail to this thing.

10. BrewMaha
When: Saturday, May 14th at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Maha Yoga, 1700 Sansom Street, 6th Floor, Rittenhouse.

This Saturday-evening event gives you the best of both worlds: A workout at Maha Yoga followed by a craft beer tasting at The Corner Foodery next door. AND, to make it even better, you can still be in bed by like 9 p.m. Best. Saturday. Night. Ever. Right?
