Last few muscle ups in an unbroken set of 10 @crossfitpallas this morning. Had some trouble controlling the swing of the rings and finally got it under control toward the end. Now, time to get faster and get the kip out of the dip timed a bit better. Max reps in 80 seconds is one of the @GridLeague GridScore workouts, can't wait to do them all!
