Your Weekend Workout Playlist: Super Sweaty Beats from Body Cycle Studio’s Shoshana Katz

About two weeks ago, we got our sweat on with Body Cycle Studio’s Shoshana Katz at our second Be Well Philly Underground event (if you haven’t signed up for Underground, you better hop to it—our third event is coming up!), and what I remember most from the class isn’t how sweaty I was afterward (very), or how sore I was the next day (very), it’s how awesome Shoshana’s playlist was. It was filled with high-energy beats that pushed all of us sweaty Be Wellers to keep going, even when we (or, at least, I) thought we might collapse. So it only seemed natural to ask Shoshana to fill this week’s workout playlist with all her favorite songs to sweat to. Check ‘em out below.
