Only one more day ’til sweet, sweet freedom, guys: the weekend is almost here! And if you have yet to decide how you’ll get your sweat on this weekend, we’ve got a few ideas: Here, five fitness events happening around Philly this weekend. Pick one, or a few, and have a blast, people.

1. Ladies Night at Body Cycle Studio
When: October 24th
Where: Rittenhouse

This Friday, Body Cycle Studio is hosting ladies night: 20 bucks gets you a 30-minute ride and a 30-minute barre or yoga class at Focus Barre, plus post-workout wine and cupcakes. Pretty sweet deal, huh? You can learn more and sign up here.

2. Southwest Center City 5K
When: October 25th
Where: Center City

Sweat for a good cause this Saturday: all proceeds from this 5K, which takes you through the streets of Southwest Center City, go toward supporting fitness programs at Chester A Arthur school. You can find out more and register here, or register on site.

3. Free Yoga and more at DIG Yoga
When: October 26th
Where: Queen Village

DIG Yoga studio is teaming up with the folks of Fabriq spa and Sip N Glo to host a day a free yoga, massage, acupuncture and fresh juice. The studio is hosting two free yoga classes in the morning, with the first kicking off at 9 a.m. and the second at 10:30. Find out more here.

4. Pop Divas Dance Workshop at Philly Dance Fitness
When: October 26th
Where: South Philly

Dance to the tunes of your favorite divas, like Beyoncé, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and more at this 90-minute-long workshop. I mean, can you think of a better way to spend your Sunday afternoon? Sign up to spend your sunday voguing here.

5. Bark in the Park 5K
When: October 25th
Where: Media

Grab your pup and get ready to run at the first-ever Bark in the Park 5K, which comes complete with a pre-race yoga class, post-race massages, food trucks and—wait for it—a puppy kissing booth.
