Eating on campus is about to get a whole lot healthier for students at Penn: A new Pure Fare location will be taking over the Einstein Bagel Bros’ spot in the university’s Houston Hall come spring, The Daily Pennsylvanian reports.

The 100-percent gluten-free and mostly organic cafe, which already has two locations—one in Rittenhouse and one in the Graduate Hospital area—will be serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner to students, which they’ll be able to pay for using Penn’s Dining Dollar$ plan. The new location will also have a juice and smoothie bar, and we’re guessing they’ll be serving up some of their stellar vegan ice cream, too.

Sadly, the cafe isn’t slated to open until the spring semester. Until then, you can pine over everything on the menu here, or trek over to one of their other locations for the real deal.
