If you haven’t tried Unite Fitness’s cross-training workouts—they squeeze cardio, strength training and some much-needed stretching into one jam-packed workout—now’s your chance: All month long, the studio’s Midtown Village location is hosting free lunch-break classes for you to try ’em out.

The freebie classes are being offered Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from noon to 1 p.m. These are “express” versions of the traditional Unite workouts, which typically run 75-minutes. In the 60-minute sessions, you’ll get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training, with a quick stretch at the end.

To register, simply go here and sign up. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll be able to book your free classes for the rest of the month.
