New men’s and women’s boutique Grasshopper is slated to open September 1st at 727 Walnut Street. Owners Tracy Lutz, creator of Sailor Jerry, and Regina Mandell, a former designer for Urban Outfitters, will offer a selection of higher-end, lesser-known designers including Grey Ant, Spring + Clifton, James Jeans, and custom-screen-print and design company Outlaw Print Co. (co-owned by Lutz’s boyfriend). —Abigail Raymond
