State of Grace: Denim After Dark
This stylish Main Line boutique is holding a party this Wednesday to celebrate fall’s wardrobe essential: jeans. Come by for snacks, refreshments, $10 off any denim purchase, free on-site tailoring, and 10 percent savings on all other fall purchases. The promotion will continue into the next day.

Skirt: HelpUsAdopt Event
This Thursday, come out to one of our fave boutiques to shop for a cause. The store’s teaming up with native Philadelphian Becky Fawcett and her nonprofit dedicated to awarding grants of up to $15,000 to families struggling with the massive costs of adoption. The event is free, though $100 donations to Helpusadopt.org will be met with a $100 gift card to Skirt, valid on purchases over $250 through October 18th. Donations can even be made by way of purchasing the foundation’s signature smoky quartz bracelet for $30, which will be available at the event.

Lolita: E-Store Launch
This trendy Delaware boutique has just made it easier to scoop up their covetable finds: They’ve launched their e-commerce site on boutiquelolita.com, where they’ve got both the clothing and accessories that keep bringing us back to the store. Keep checking back – inventory is added daily and constantly updated.

Paper on Pine: Special Deals
This stationery and gift shop is all settled in its new location on 13th Street, and is celebrating September with special deals: Come in this month to order your custom-printed holiday cards, photo cards, or holiday invitations, and you’ll get 20 percent savings on your whole order. Also check out the new inventory of super fun goodies they’ve got in their bigger space.

Neiman Marcus: Fall Beauty Event
Through the 20th, when you spend $100 on cosmetics or fragrance at KOP’s Neimans, you’ll receive a complimentary leopard-print tote bag (you can chose tan or red) filled with goodies from lines like Prada, Chanel and Kate Somerville. Many individual cosmetics counters are offering their own additional gifts, as well: Pop by the Best-of-Philly Fresh counter to spend your $100, for instance, and you’ll receive their metallic makeup bag filled with some of their best-sellers, along with your Neimans tote.

Moko Beauty Studio: September Promotions

Come by this petite, all-natural Old City salon on Wednesdays this month, and you can get a complimentary blowout lesson with new stylist Brigette, or a $55 one-hour ayurvedic facial (usually $95) with Gabrielle. 

The Career Wardrobe: Resale Boutique Grand Opening
Well-loved Philadelphia nonprofit The Career Wardrobe (which provides gently used work- and interview-appropriate clothing to women in transition) is opening The Wardrobe this Thursday, a resale boutique open to the public. In it they’ll stock the hundreds of donations they get of women’s clothing that’s just not quite right for work purposes – and of course, all the proceeds will go to The Career Wardrobe. Arcadia Boutique: Second Anniversary Party
This eco-chich NoLibs boutique is celebrating its second birthday this Thursday with a party offering music, refreshments, 20 percent savings on all merchandise, and featuring the work of local artist Todd Marrone, and a trunk show from Nest.
