How They Met: We both live in the same neighborhood in South Philadelphia. After seeing Matthew many times, Ashley was able to work up the courage to talk to him one night. The rest is history.

The Proposal: Matthew took Ashley to a nice dinner in Center City. Ashley had mentioned many times about wanting to see the new Open Air Philly exhibit. After dinner, Matthew and Ashley walked down the Ben Franklin Parkway and watched the light show. When they reached the top of the Art Museum steps, Matthew got down on one knee.... Ashley said YES!
