How They Met: We are high school sweethearts who met during our Freshman year biology class and got closer as members of the crew team.

The Proposal: On March 9th, 2012 at 5:45pm after my hair appointment, I walk in the door to my apartment and I see the most adorable little puppy at the door going crazy with excitement! Our 9 year anniversary was the next day so I thought this was my gift. Playing with the dog, my fiance, Scott, tells me to look at the dog's tag. As I am trying to look, he gets down on one knee opens a small box and says "will you marry me?" Of course I say "yes!" Later, when I get a chance, I look at the dog's tag and it says "will you marry us?" engraved on one side!
