How They Met: We meet through friends about 8 1/2 years ago. You could say we are high school sweet hearts since we have been through our senior year of high school and all through college.

The Proposal: July 23, 2011 we went to New York for the weekend. We went and saw the Lion King on Broadway and then went out to dinner. When we got back into the hotel Andrew got down on one knee after coming out of the bathroom. I was in total shock and didn't believe him. I had been bugging him about getting married for the past 2 years. It was magical! We went up to the Empire State building afterwards to look out at the city. I was on such a high!!
