How They Met: We met on a 10-day organized trip to Israel. We became friends early on in the trip and then our relationship began. Rebecca lived in New York and Danny lived in Philly and for the first year of our relationship, we went back forth every weekend. Rebecca moved to Philly last year and we now live in an apartment together in Center City.

The Proposal: Danny proposed on January 5th in our apartment. It was a Thursday night and he knew Rebecca was going to a mixer after work. When Rebecca returned to the apartment Danny had prepared candles in the shape of a heart and Marry Me? was written out in rose petals. Danny read Rebecca poem than ended with Marry me forever and she said A thousand times yes!!
