How They Met: Chip and Jessica met with they chanced to be placed next-door to each other their Freshman year at Colgate University. Chip lived in Curtis 316 and Jessica was in Curtis 315. It only took two weeks for this couple to have their first kiss on the dance floor at the Hamilton establishment, "The Old Stone Jug." From that day, the seventh of September 2006, Chip and Jessica have been inseparable. In fact, Chip even professed his desire to marry Jessica after only two weeks of dating. Over the five years that preceding their engagement, life has taken the couple abroad to Edinburgh and London, to countless sorority formals, to five special anniversary dates and four valentine's days (one atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris). They now have their own family with their two dogs who they rescued from animal shelters in Manhattan, Bruno and Winnie.

The Proposal: Chip asked Jessica to marry him during a romantic picnic in a park the day after they moved into their new home in New Jersey. The couple lives in New Jersey while Chip attends law school in Philadelphia and Jessica continues to work at a law firm in Manhattan.
