Wedding Date: August 11, 2012 in Old St. Joseph's Church & Cescaphe Ballroom
How They Met: Tim and I met at a toga party at Boston College. I was intrigued by the cute boy who could pull off a Toga on crutches. Over the next couple of months, our friends became friends and Tim and I were seeing a lot more of each other. We always had so much fun together and Tim never failed to make me smile. After two years of being great friends, we finally realized that what we found at the crowded toga party was more than just friendship. We are lucky to have found each other and excited to spend the rest of our lives together.
The Proposal: Tim knows that my family means the world to me and decided to include them in his proposal. Much to warm-weather-loving Tims chagrin, my family planned a ski trip to Vail to bring in the New Year. During our night out in Vail village, Tim took me to a beautiful secluded courtyard, surrounded by evergreens lit with Christmas lights and snowy lampposts. There, in the middle of a blizzard, he got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. After the shock passed, I said yes! and we joined my family for a wonderful celebrationchampagne and all!
