How They Met: David and I first met at my 23rd birthday party on Feb1, 2007. We reconnected on March 31, 2007 at a hospital...I called my cousin to ask him if he knew someone that could get me a cell phone ASAP? He asked if I remembered his friend Dave, I said yes. He said well he has one for you. He called Dave to inquire about the phone, within the hour Dave and my cousin were at the hospital with me. Dave gave me the phone free of charge! We were flirting, he then asked my cousin if it was alright to obtain my phone number because he wanted to date me. My cousin said yes, when he called me he informed me of the wonderful gentleman he was and that I should date him. That next day on April 1, 2007 we talked via phone and began dating from there but as we were talking he went to the phone store and changed his plan to unlimited....and the rest is history or should I say unlimited!

The Proposal: On our vacation November 18, 2010 David purposed to me on the beach in Turks & Caicos It was in the evening as the sun was going down, we planned on relaxing the beautiful water. As we were walking on the beach he fell and my exact words were omg babe are you alright. I asked, " how did you fall ?" He replied, "it was you, I fell in love with you! (I smiled) as he gets on one knee he says, " I want to spend the rest of my life with you, I love you with everything in me and I want u to be my wife...will you marry me?" Of course I said yes shed a few tears kissed and the people who were on the beach witnessed the entire moment they clapped and congratulated us. It was embarrassing and joyful all in the same moment! We enjoyed the rest of our vacation, until this day I will never forget that feeling I had!!
