Pastry chef Christina Stockett may do most of her baking in the kitchen of her Norristown home, but don’t write her off as a small-fry operation. She’s certified in viennoise pastry from L’Ecole Lenôtre in Paris, and she’s an alum of the Culinary Institute of America. Her designs are clean and elegant, her flavor offerings extensive: mocha almond, lemon chiffon, shaved chocolate. She holds consultations at the Mansion at Cabrini College, and also offers in-home consultations. Prices start at $2.75 per person.
