With this full-service caterer, the sky’s the limit, in terms of both budget and cuisine. You’ll start with one of Starr’s basic wedding packages and tailor the catering style and menu to completely suit your taste. Executive chef Gerald Drummond (who was executive chef at Morimoto under the Iron Chef) crafts custom menus inspired by the delectable food at Stephen Starr's many restaurants. You can recreate the menu of your favorite Starr restaurant, or mix and match dishes from several different restaurants, from Buddakan-style appetizers to Continental mini desserts. And for the bride who wants a menu all her own, the Starr culinary experts can create custom dishes to suit her palate and wedding theme. Packages can also include butlered hors d’oeuvres, food stations for cocktail hour or dinner, and/or plated meals and desserts. Pricing includes rentals and staffing, and they’ll work with your venue to coordinate everything for the Big Day. Plus, they can cater your rehearsal dinner or post-wedding day brunch, too.
