Barbara Lutz Best Hair Stylist & Colorist in Philadelphia!

Barbara Lutz is fantastic! She is the best colorist in the city. My hair was badly damaged when I moved to the city and I was searching for an experienced colorist to correct what my former stylist had done. Barbara completely restored my damaged hair while keeping me blonde. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs corrective coloring she is a genius!
