Profile

There aren’t too many places in the region that can hold a wedding of 2,000 for a comfortable reception — but one of them just happens to be docked on the Delaware River down at Penn’s Landing. And the world’s largest four-masted sailing ship offers a wealth of options for your celebration: Chef Ralph Fernandez, with his cuisine touched by French and Southwestern flavors, puts on parties at his Chef’s Table under a skylight, in either of two indoor private rooms just off the main dining room, or on the outdoor decks, under the stars and the lighted masts. He also has an in-house pastry department to handle the cake and other tasty treats. There’s no rental fee; catering costs range from about $125 to $170 per head.

I agree with the other reviewer. I use to come on Thanksgiving and for brunch but the quality of food went down big time and so did the waitstaff. This is a shame. Now I worry about the White Dog as they own that now. As a Chef I expect good food AND service for my hard earned money! Give this place a miss!
