Max & Me Catering and Culinary Concepts, both in business for 20 years, recently merged to form this new superpower catering company. Previously, Max & Me was the exclusive caterer for huge venues like the National Constitution Center, the Please Touch Museum and the Independence Visitor Center; Culinary Concepts had a kitchen almost a block long, with an army of delivery trucks. Now, these caterers are offering their services together to provide the best experience possible for elegant functions with anywhere from 10 to 10,000 guests, whether you want a cocktail reception or a six-course seated dinner. They offer innovative options such as chef-manned “action stations” where chefs will sauté guests’ suppers right before their eyes. Prices start at $100 per person for dinner.
