Elegant Satin Gown in www.cchappiness.com is beautiful.You neednt say more words about the beauty of flower collar. Even more surprising is the wedding dress in design. The combination of satin and poodle skirts makes poodle skirts become off monotonous.

From the start it was a bad experience. My bridesmaid dress was too small and the consultant rudely told me to purchase the correct undergarments. The other bridesmaids dresses were also sized wrong. ALL of the pannels in our dresses fell apart before we got to the church. My strap fell apart that was altered by their seamstress. By the end of the night my dress was falling apart. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

For starters--DO NOT GO THERE. I wish I could give zero stars. I live in the Chicago-area and am getting married in Philly. I went to this shop for the bridesmaids and flower girls' dresses since it carried exactly what I was looking for. The day of my appointment to shop for bridesmaid dresses my party got lost on the way. We called and called and called and no one picked up the phone. This made us about 1.5hrs late for our appointment. We finally arrived and the bridesmaids picked their dresses and everyone got sized. As the bridesmaid dresses arrived I was informed 5 out of 6 girls dresses were too small. One particular dress was too short for a girl who is about 5'4" wearing 1 inch heels. There were also a handful of manufacturing flaws that I can't even get into. I also had trouble with my flower girls dresses. Initially I came in to order at the end of December (which I was told would be plenty of time to receive the dress). There seemed to be some confusion about the appointment I had made, but the stylists took my daughters back and got us started. I had already gone online and picked the style I wanted and the color scheme. We pulled the style and the stylist Samantha insisted that the dress I wanted did not come in ivory with a colored trim--just all ivory. I told her to check and she disappeared. She came back and still insisted that it did not come in color combinations. So I took it upon myself to pull out the same exact dress I wanted that had a different color scheme (not just all ivory) and all she could say was 'oh I guess it does come in what you want'. Incompetent isn't even the word to describe her. I am getting married in approx. one week and my one flower girl dress did not arrive until today. I called several times about the dress and was told it would arrive at the end of March. The end of March came and went. Each time I called I was told 'it will be here' 'its on its way' 'we can't give you an exact date.' It took me calling and flipping out to see any results. Now I am one week away from my wedding and praying that the flower girls dresses fit and I don't have the same problem as I did with the bridesmaids. Its unfortunate that I had to go through this, but hopefully I can save another bride from making the same mistake.

Worst Customer Service in my LIFE!!!! This store is full of rude incompetent people. Do not go there! I bought my dress here with no problems. First, they told me get alterations done 3 Months before my wedding. Then after talking to people who actually knew what they were doing, I was told 3 Months is WAY too early. So, I scheduled my first fitting 5 weeks before my wedding. As I was on my way to my appointment, I received a call from Alfred Angelo wanting to reschedule. I told them I couldnt do it any other day. First, they were going to send me to the Seamstresses shop down the road. That didnt pan out because Alfred Angelo does not guarantee the work if the fitting isnt done in the store. Then I was told the seamstress would be there in 1 hour. I waited. Then I was told she couldnt come in at that time and it would be a couple more hours. I waited again. I was told they would call me back when the seamstress was on her way. That never happened. I ended up having to call them back. They still had no clue when the seamstress was coming in. I even asked to speak to the District Manager and they refused to give me the phone number and said she would have to call me. Im still waiting on that phone call. Long story short I went home in tears with no fitting done. The manager was useless and her attitude was the worst ever. I will never go back to this store in my life and I would never recommend them to anyone.
