Toast your nuptials with traditional elegance in this newly renovated historical landmark, which looks much like it did in 1857 when it was regularly used for lavish dinners and balls; it’s the oldest grand opera house in the United States that’s still used for its original purpose. The ballroom drips with details from brass chandeliers (seen from the street), trompe Poeil painted ceilings and hand-painted walls. Host a reception for up to 200 people — or celebrate your whole wedding day — overlooking Broad Street. In-house catering is done by the award-winning Restaurant Associates, who are known for using locally-grown ingredients. There’s a rental fee of $3,000, with per-person rates starting at $100.
