NOMINEES FOR THE 2013 TRAILBLAZER AWARD ARE JUDGED BY A COMMITTEE ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

• Accomplishments and achievements of note in their chosen field or profession
• Development of new business models, innovative strategies, and techniques
• Implementation of policies and procedures that resulted in marked improvements and measurable successes
• Demonstration of ingenuity, problem solving skills, and the ability to overcome obstacles
• Recognition from peers and other leaders in the corporate, government, civic and/or philanthropic sectors
• Demonstrated commitment to women in business in the Greater Philadelphia region
• Involvement in professional organizations, civic and community causes and charitable endeavors

REQUIREMENTS

Nominee must be a female resident of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware
Nominee must be in a leadership role at her current place of employment or organization
Nominee's employer or place of business must have been in existence for three or more years

RESTRICTIONS

Nominee cannot be a member of the 2013 Trailblazer Nominating Committee or a member of the 2013 Committee's immediate family
