WATCH: Autumn Lingers Forever In Cory J. Popp’s “Fall In Philly”

The last few leaves are hanging on Philly’s trees by a thread, and if you’ve stepped outside today, you know that the bitter cold of winter is damn well on its way. Let’s take a moment to bask in the gloriousness of autumn via a new video just released by local filmmaker Cory J. Popp, called simply “Fall In Philly.”

“Philadelphia is beautiful all year around, but there’s something about certain seasons where it peaks in beauty,” Popps says in the video’s description. “Fall is one of those amazing seasons, with bright, colorful leaves falling from treelined streets, stores gearing up for the upcoming shopping season, and people out soaking up the last bit of warmth before winter. … Philly’s Fall season hits really hard in mid to late November, and quickly fades to more wintery weather in early December. Get out there and enjoy the fall weather while it lasts.

Check out the video above (preferably in your PJs and with a steamy cup of hot cocoa), and see some of the film’s gorgeous stills below. To see more of Cory J. Popp’s work, visit him on Facebook or on his website at coryjpopp.com.
