The 2014 Emmy nominations were released this morning. The list comprises a pretty solid collection of television, cable and Netflix shows and stars. Orange is the New Black gets 12 nods, including Best Comedy Series and Best Actress (Taylor Schilling); and American Horror Story: Coven racked up, too, with six nominations. That one may get a little sticky, considering three of the show’s divas, Frances Conroy, Kathy Bates, and Angela Bassett, are all up for Best Supporting Actress in a Mini Series. The No. 1 earner of the year is Game of Thrones, which gets a whopping 19 mentions, including Best Drama Series and Best Supporting Actress for Lena Headey.
