Bradley Cooper and Todd Phillips Form New Production Company

Bradley Cooper and Hangover writer/director Todd Phillips have joined forces for a yet-to-be-named production company that’s already struck a three-year deal with Warner Bros. A.V. Club reports:

Cooper and Phillips’ first project will be the long-percolating Arms & The Dudes, which has been in the works for several years now. The story is based on a Rolling Stone article about two Miami Beach potheads who stumble into an international conflict after agreeing to work as arms dealers for the U.S. government. Jonah Hill has reportedly attended table reads for the stoner action-dramedy, which is expected to begin shooting later this year; however, no official casting announcements have been made.
