Lena Dunham to Host Saturday Night Live

Lena Dunham

Girls star and creator Lena Dunham will make her Saturday Night Live hosting debut on March 8, with musical guests The  National, who will also be appearing on SNL for the first time.

Dunham is there to promote the current season of Girls, and a new memoir slated to be released on October 7, called Not That Kind of Girl. The National’s  documentary Mistaken For Strangers opens in theaters in late-March.

Fingers crossed that Upper Darby’s Tina Fey drops by to revive her role as Blerta in SNL’s Girls parody.
