HughE Dillon One-Shot: Budweiser Clydesdales in Philly

The horses, in town for Made in America, toured Fairmount.

Little Pete (of restaurant fame) holds Logan Yenserin front of Budweiser’s Clydesdale horses outside his Fairmount restaurant at The Philadelphian. The horses, in Philly for the Made in America weekend, arrived at Eastern State Penitentiary in three large trailers about 6 p.m. last night. In front of about 200 people, the team assembled eight Clydesdales, which were then hitched together to pull the Studebaker wagon converted to deliver beer. The Budweiser Clydesdales paraded through the neighborhood stopping at the Urban Saloon, the Rose Tattoo, Kite & Key, Stone’s Beverages, Rembrandt’s, London Grill, Bishop’s Collar and, finally, Little Pete’s at about 9 p.m. Follow me on Twitter this weekend @iphillychitchat as I tweet my way through Made In America.
