HughE Dillon One-Shot: Kendra Wilkinson

The reality star visited Philly for a book signing and lunch at Devon Seafood Grill

Barnes & Noble on Rittenhouse Square hosted Playboy Playmate turned reality star Kendra Wilkinson yesterday for a book signing of the new Being Kendra: Cribs, Cocktails & Getting My Sexy Back. About 200 people turned out for the lunchtime signing, a lot less than the previous year’s signing that was held in the evening. But the crowd that did show up were ardent fans. One guy told me he named his car after Kendra, and at least two moms went a step farther, naming their kids after Hugh Hefner’s former girlfriend. Everyone asked about baby Hank. Kendra said that right before the signing, she was on Facetime with her son, who’s back in L.A.; she read him The Very Hungry Caterpillar. When the book signing was done she walked out of the store with camera crew in tow, to Devon restaurant to tape a lunch scene with Philadelphia Eagles wife Julie Dorenbos, whom she met in Philadelphia last year when Kendra’s husband Hank Baskett played for a few months on the Philadelphia Eagles.
