Mini film festival part of the National Association of Black Journalists convention in Philly

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) finished up a week-long convention in Philadelphia yesterday. More than 3,000 journalists from around the country met at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. On Saturday, NABJ held a mini film festival. Terrence Howard and Cuba Gooding Jr. were there for a Q&A about their movie Red Tails about the Tuskegee soldiers from WWII, which comes out in January 2012. There was also a screening of the controversial movie The Help written by Kathryn Stockett and starring Viola Davis; that opens this Friday, the 10th. There was a panel discussion with more than 800 attendees who saw the film.
