Free Beer, Free Music and Free Tix at Third Thursday Live and Local Series


The Third Thursday Live and Local series is bringing local musicians to the beautiful Race Street Pier to play free shows. Tonight, from 7-10 p.m., they’ll be having a psych rock night with Philly legends Bardo Pond, Quentin Stoltzfuz from Mazarin in their new band, Light Heat, and Chris Forsyth. The event will feature free beer from Philadelphia Brewing Company and they’ll be hosting a contest to give away tickets to the upcoming Flaming Lips and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ shows.

Come, say hi, bring food, friends, blankets and enjoy the night.
