Is your dream to stand on a pedestal wearing vintage-inspired sporting wear while being judged by design and product teams? Then does Mitchell & Ness have a job for you!
The sporting goods retailer-turned-vintage sports fashion line — now owned by Adidas — is looking for part-time “fit” models to pose for four to eight hours a month at its headquarters downtown. You’d also have to comment on how certain clothing wears and feels. Read more »
Matthew Terry, the model and personal trainer from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, stars in the latest Calvin Klein ad. The spot is supposed to be a fall campaign for jeans, but it’s hard to pay attention to denim when he—and supermodel Lara Stone—keeps pulling his pants up and down to show off his other favorite pair of Calvins.
You may remember the bulge Terry from his 30-second Super Bowl ad that aired earlier this year. That was great and all, but all the shadows were a little distracting. In this latest commercial the 21-year-old model is out in the open—and nearly naked—just the way he should be. Check it out below:

You’d never think you’d see “opera” and “NSFW” in the same sentence, but what if I told you there’s a website for those of us who like Mozart, Verdi, and Wagner AND like our men without shirts (or, in some cases, without pants)? Well, it is true, and it’s called Barihunks!
The word “Barihunks” (pronounced bare-a-hunks, NOT berry-hunks, as per very specific instructions from the blog’s founders) was coined by opera director Francesca Zambello when she cast sexy baritone Nathan Gunn in a production; you’ll see why he got the name when you check out his picture below (Gunn is also the Director of the American Repertoire Council at Opera Philadelphia). Two opera professionals, both who wish to remain anonymous due to their roles on boards of predominant opera companies, developed the Barihunks website as a joke—that is, until the blog succeeded beyond all expectations. Cycle 20 of America’s Next Top Model comes to an end tonight and a new top model will be crowned. Tyra has breathed new life into this season of the reality show by adding male models in the mix, and we’re all chomping at the bit to see if one of the boys — particularly a certain fellow from our neck of the woods — will scoop up the big prize.
Matthew Stehlik, a native of Pittsburgh who now lives and works as a model and bartender in Orlando, Fla., was named one of two winners in Grindr’s Model Contest. He was chosen from a group of 780 guys, and voted on by users. The contest was Grindr’s way of “looking for the best gays to represent the new Grindr boy.” The other winner is Eric Angelo, a go-go dancer from Hollywood.
If this is what the guys are looking like on Grindr these days, is it enough to sway you Scruff devotees to switch back?
Abercrombie & Fitch is certainly no stranger to all that is homoerotic. Have you seen the catalog for their sporty fashions? It’s enough to make even this bad girl blush. But the latest promo is taking it a step further with an oh-so-sexy video of guys pinning each other – in the wrestling ring and the shower to the tune of James Brown.
Photographer Bruce Weber shot the video, which is cheekily called “Other Sports Require One Ball.” And while the smooch is pretty tame (and downright sweet) it’s one of four so-called “Webersodes” that may have you getting a little hot under the collar. Hello, outdoor shower.
