On January 10th, Bryn Mawr Running Company will be hosting a three-in-one run to kick off the New Year and celebrate all the runs on your to-do list for 2015.
For all you Main Liners looking to get into running, Bryn Mawr Running Company is launching a running group geared toward beginners this fall. The seven-week training program, led by BMRC manager Kim Walsh, will include two group runs a week along the Radnor Trail. At the end of the seven weeks, you’ll be able to show off your hard work and progress by running the Amazing Race 5K on October 25th.
This Wednesday, Bryn Mawr Running Company’s Bryn Mawr location is hosting a Prediction Run, sponsored by Brooks. The idea is this: Leave your Garmin at home, and try to predict your finish time for either a five-, seven- or 10-mile course. The 10 people who finish closest to their predicted finish time will win shoes, clothes and other prizes from Brooks. Neat, right?
