Brian Dwyer and his team at Pizza Brain finally makes their public debut today and if you believe Facebook Events pages, 1,130+ people are going to be attending. If that actually happens we’re pretty sure they’ll run out of pizza before you can say Federal Donuts. But even if you don’t get pizza, it is sure to be one heck of a block party on Frankford Avenue.
Over on the Philly Post, Johnny Goodtimes has an interview with Brian Dwyer, the man behind Pizza Brain, the world’s first pizza museum and restaurant that is under construction on Frankford Avenue in Fishtown.
So after all of our pizza exertions of the past several months–after all the eating, all the writing, all the making-a-super-sweet-pizza-finding-website-just-for-you–we really thought we were done talking about pizza.
