Philly Mag Shops Store Preview: Style Camp

What the Chestnut Hill boutique is bringing—and seriously discounting—on October 5th.

Style-Camp

See the custom quilted skirt? It’s brand-new for fall, and it’s 40 percent off on Oct. 5th only. (You won’t believe the price.)

We’re only nine days away from our second annual Philly Mag Shops! To recap: It’s on Sunday, October 5th, at Philly’s Crane Arts bulding from 12pm to 3pm. Over 30 boutiques and designers will be bringing their best fall goods and discounting everything. Think of it as the ultimate mall, plus the most ridiculous designer warehouse sale ever. (So, yeah, get your tickets.)

I’ve done some recon to help you plan your shopping. I’ve already told you about what The Atelier is bringing (you will love it all, I swear), and next up, we’ve got Style Camp, one of my fave boutiques in the area.

I chatted with owner Natalie, and she filled me in on some of the covetable goods she’ll be bringing. Trust me: The skirt alone is worth going for.

Style Camp—which has an earthy, part-rustic, part-luxe aesthetic to match it’s name—carries some names you might not know. They’ll be bringing  Moss Mills clutches and Daniella Lehavi (all at 30 percent off), Cecilia Prado scarves and pants (Natalie mentioned a specific pair of “crazy glitter pants” from this line, which I will surely buy), Pure Amici cashmere sweaters (40 percent off), Imogene + Willie denim, and incredibly soft cashmere scarves by Yarnz.

But here’s what you should really look out for: Anything by Horses, a line they’ve just started carrying (you’ve seen it in Vogue). In particular, keep your eyes peeled for this gorgeous quilted pink skirt. (I’ve done the math for you: It’s originally $395, and it will be 40 percent off, which means you can score it—for one day only—at $198.) The brand only makes a few pieces of each, so scoop this one up while you can.

Don’t let the skirt be the one that got away! Get tickets to Philly Mag Shops now, but please leave the glitter pants for me.
