Alina Alter’s sea-green boutique at 115 South 22nd Street is two years old (quite an accomplishment for a shop that’s somewhat off the beaten retail path). Aoki Boutique‘s quirky collection of clothes, accessories and home goods—all at relatively inexpensive prices—is feting the anniversary today with cupcakes by Baked by Melissa, champagne and 10 percent off the entire store.
