Lacquer Lounge to Debut New Location in Rittenhouse Next Week
Girly-girls of Rittenhouse (actually, anyone with nails), rejoice! Luxury nail salon Lacquer Lounge is opening its doors on Tuesday, April 8. We love them for their Katy Perry-esque nail art (they polished digits at Philly Mag Shops), and for their super-high hygienic standards (think disposable liners and no whirlpool jets) to negate infections. So news of a second location has us thrilled.
We chatted with owner Lisa McElhone to get all the details on the new location. What to expect: an even more refined interior (“We had the opportunity the gut the place, whereas Queen Village was in a box and we worked with that,” she says), new services (Pure Fiji Guava anti-aging treatments, and NCLA nail wraps), and more nail stations and foot baths (six of each!). Plus, there will be two new services to cater to the Rittenhouse crowd including a one-hour manicure/pedicure accompanied by a juice or smoothie from Pure Fare next door or Pangaea Earth Foods. They’ve also partnered with Uber to give clients a $20 credit on their first ride.
The Details: Opens Tuesday at 10am; 2051 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103; 215-758-2385.
