Street Style: The Fishtown Designer Who Owns Over 200 Pairs Of Shoes

And the coolest coat ever.

Editor’s Note: Welcome to Shoppist’s new street-style column! Each week, our intrepid contributor Alex Kacala will be pounding the pavement, along with his photog pal Evan Schapiro, to find the best of what Philly’s wearing, and to see where you’re shopping and how you’re styling it all. Enjoy! xo, Emily

Street-Style-FishtownName: Bianca

'Hood: Fishtown

Day Job: Owner of Fishtown boutique Toile Atelier

Where We Found Her: Warming up with hot cocoa while working on sketches in her boutique, open since November

Where She Shops: Adorn in Fishtown, Vagabond in Old City

What She's Wearing: A jacket by Katharine Roman, a young Philly-based designer

Sound Bite: “Typically, I choose my shoes first and then style my outfit around them. If I feel like wearing my wooden-heeled black suede AllSaints pumps, I would pair them with black piecework leggings, and an asymmetric cut black top. But I own over 200 pairs of shoes, so I like to make sure they all get worn.”

Braved the snowfall and popped into Toile Atelier today. Oh em gee … love! Not only is Bianca the cutest thing, but LUNA! Finally, a lil girl precious enough for my Prince Bijou … must arrange a play date soon.

This is a good example of street fashion. I love the jacket that the girl is wearing. OMG! That outfit is so hot. Where can I get that from?
