Weekend Sale Roundup: Where We’re Shopping

Plus, how to score chocolate-covered strawberries and free massages right now.

When the weather gets temperate, we get shopping (and by temperate, we mean not blizzarding). Here’s where we’ll be heading to snag the best deals in Philadelphia. We suggest you do the same.

Head here right now for a free massage:

Liberty Place: Go here for the ultimate lunch break: free mini massages and Godiva chocolate-covered strawberries, all part of Celebrity Cruises’s “Random Act of Luxury.” It goes on today ’til 3pm. Plus, we got word that if you sign up for updates from Center City Restaurant Week & Celebrity Cruises, you’ll be entered to win a free cruise.

Shop here this weekend:

Clover Winter Market: It’s one of our favorite shopping events in the area, and it’s back this weekend. On Sunday from 10am to 5pm, Clover Market takes over the 23rd Street Armory with more than 60 hand-picked vendors. The little-bit-of-everything shopping event offers antiques, handcrafted treasures and DIY workshops (spots are still available!). Bonus: A lineup of food trucks will be right outside.

Nicole Miller: The highly anticipated semi-annual sale (50 to 75 percent off select styles) kicked off at its Bellevue and Manayunk locations a few days ago. It continues through the 31st, but we suggest getting there soon for the best pieces.

Skirt: Starting today and ending Saturday, the Main Line boutique is offering 30 to 50 percent off select styles. Worth noting: There’s a $50 pant and skirt rack, a $75 dress rack and $25 belts.

The Geisha House: Through the month of January, all current sale merch is priced $49 and under. The Old City boutique will have you lusting for summer with its beachy-meets-edgy aesthetic.

Third Street Habit: Get em’ while they last: Final winter markdowns are 50 to 70 percent off. Plus, new arrivals are in by Maison Scotch, Isabel Marant Etoile and Frame Denim.

And mark your calendars:

Duross & Langel: The Midtown Village soap connoisseurs are gearing up to replace their old floors with renewable bamboo (how eco-chic!), and they’re looking to clear out inventory. What this means for you: Starting online January 20th, shoppers will receive 20 percent off any item. The sale continues in-store January 21st through 7pm on the 23rd. Bonus: Their How-To Tuesday workshop is a demo on fresh vegetable masks and healing salves (must be 13 years old to participate and 21 to imbibe).
