Come here if you plan on:
Dancing, yoga-ing or Lithing
your way into a smaller dress size.
Most famously, pants that’ll make your ass look great while you do it. But the store also carries a pretty, flattering array of sports bras and tops, sweats and jackets, plus equipment like bags, mats, and water bottles that are all way too adorable to be forgotten in a closet somewhere. Plus, the company’s various patented technical fabrics not only look good on a getting-toned body, they feel amazing — dry, lightweight, and soft.
Why we like them:
As lululemon has grown over the past decade, each individual store behaves like an independent boutique. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and they work hard at forming community ties in their town, inviting area fitness instructors to become “ambassadors,” and hosting events with them. We even dig the inspirational sayings (“Do one thing a day that scares you;” “Friends are more important than money;” “Jealously works the opposite way you want it to,”) that adorn their reusable shopping bags.
