Set up in an 11,000-square-foot Old City ­showroom that was once a hoop-skirt factory are two floors of Roche’s Contemporains (avant-garde), Voyages (exotic), and Provinciales (classic French) collections. Store manager Slavic Levin says the Philly and Manhattan locations will be the first in the country to receive the latest goods.
