Designers and homeowners with a penchant for low-slung, high-fashion furniture are atwitter over the long-awaited return of this super-luxe, Paris-headquartered, international furnishings house. Set up in an 11,000-square-foot Old City showroom that was once a hoop-skirt factory are two floors of Roche’s Contemporains (avant-garde), Voyages (exotic), and Provinciales (classic French) collections. Store manager Slavic Levin says the Philly and Manhattan locations will be the first in the country to receive the latest goods. Come to seek the help of on-staff designers to make over a whole space, or just to invest in one of the très chic pieces.
