Megan Reilly is the best Balyage artist that you can find outside of NYC. I went here for Balyage on my bleached out hair and Megan did a great job. Janelle cut my hair and I was happy. I've been going to NYC for a few years to get my hair done and simply can't pay those prices anymore. Their prices are very reasonable and they are all friendly. I detected no snooty attitude and I HATE that! That's another reason I'm not going to NY anymore. Who needs that? I would have felt comfortable enough to tell them if I was displeased.

This place seemed like it only wanted to take my money, regardless of customer satisfaction or reputation. Beyond having my face & neck died dark brown from careless coloring, they also burned me with peroxide & were unbelievably rude. I would suggest never going here.
