Style Scene: Also Just Opened

Suburban beauty fanatics have two shops to sleuth out this fall. Scarlett Cosmetics (115 South Main Street, upper level, New Hope, 215-500-6912, scarlettcos.com) is back after a five-year hiatus, but this time in New Hope. You’ll still find vibrant colors of Glamo Glitz (that amazing for-everything loose powder) and newer items like smudge-proof (Scarlett calls it sex-proof) Tantric mascara. And at West Chester’s locally owned Exposed Organics (128 East Gay Street, West Chester, 610-692-2363, exposedorganics.com), there are 35 jars of all-natural pigments to play with. Literally. You get to mix your own eye and lip shades. (How fun!)
