In May, Bart Blatstein unveiled his Piazza at Schmidts in Northern Liberties, an ambitious space with an Italianate courtyard, an outdoor movie screen, and tons of retail space; 35 boutiques selling everything from baby goods to modern art to jewelry (along with a few restaurants) have opened.
