The Pier continues to surprise us pleasantly by opening shops that don't exist in Philly — or even King of Prussia. The latest of these style-setters is U.K.-based Mulberry. This thoroughly handsome boutique sells investment-worthy, will-pass-down-to-your-grandkids leather goods (we love the Kelly-bag-like Fitzrovia in Chester, which we pronounce as "Chesta"), along with right proper organizers, a smattering of country house-y clothes and even bespoke home furnishings for order from the London HQ.
