A joint creation of 10 Arts' pastry chef Monica Glass and Eclat Chocolate's Christopher Curtin, these decadent chocolate bars are made with dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and pecans – the favorite flavors of Glass’ mother, Kathleen Glass, who passed away from ovarian cancer in 2008. Fifty percent of the proceeds benefit ovarian cancer awareness and research.
