Chef Mitch Prensky changes his soups seasonally: butternut squash in autumn, smoked sweet potato in winter. But the carrot and orange soup — garnished with a coconut marshmallow and mint — returns in March for the duration of spring and summer. It’s like liquid carrot cake.
