Japanese muzak aside, this spare space in Old City is a pleasant spot for sushi from the knife of former Morimoto sushi chef Gunawan Wibisono. Signature rolls like the well-sized square roll of eel, avocado and plum topped with tuna are admirably understated, just lightly brushed with a sweet-sour sauce. From the kitchen: tender steamed shrimp dumplings and overflowing bowls of udon.
